- A martial arts master agrees to teach karate to a bullied teenager.
- Work causes a single mother to move to China with her young son; in his new home, the boy embraces kung fu, taught to him by a master.

Kevin later meets an ex Karate champion who starts teaching Kevin martial arts. Along the way, Kevin meets Kim (Nathalie Hendrix) who befriends Kevin but secretly falls in love with Kevin. Kevin is then forced by Jeff to compete in a Karate tournament being held at Jeff's Karate school. Kevin made a bet with Jeff that the winner can have Connie and a truce will be made. Now it's time for the final showdown.
